I founded Indie Connect in September 2008. Some people have compared it to a Chamber of Commerce for the music industry. That’s because the purpose of the company is to teach active and aspiring singers, musicians and songwriters how to make money using their talents! We also help them connect with the music industry professionals who can help them. Our plans are to develop local support chapters in cities worldwide, to produce local, regional and national conferences, to launch a FREE international e-magazine and to develop the world’s most comprehensive music industry database linking artists with music professionals.

I have been consulting business start-ups and apiring entrepreneurs for six years. My training comes from being a serial entrepreneur myself. I have been working with the leaders of hundreds small businesses leaders to help them align everyone in thir organization to the same vision. What I have found too often is that the CEO has not communicated his vision effectively to the rest of his team. As a result, managemen teams are not all on the same page, and that thourougly confuses employees. I’ve also discovered that many businessses don’t really know where they are going. Many also do they have the systems in place to handle growth.

In late 2007 I pulished a book called “CEO Secrets – What They Know Anbout Business That Every Entrepreneur Should”.
